Alonso Díaz de la Cueva, maestro de sastre, vecino de Jalapa, vende a Doña Aldonza Antonia de Neira Claver, un solar de este pueblo, ubicado en el callejón que baja a la Calle Real de San Francisco, de 25 varas de frente y de fondo hasta la esquina de dicho callejón, el cual es la mitad del solar que el otorgante hubo de Doña Gertrudis de Neira Claver, linda por el fondo con solar y casa de Ana González de Astudillo; a un lado con solar del otorgante, y por el frente, con dicho callejón, en el precio de 15 pesos de oro común.
