Don Francisco Almendaro, natural del pueblo de Barigote, obispado de Nore en el Reino de Génova y vecino del pueblo de Perote, dijo que a su derecho conviene el probar su legitimidad y limpieza de sangre, la de sus hijos y esposa, por lo que suplica a Vuestra Merced se sirva mandar se le reciba sumaria información con los testigos que presentara los que juramentados en forma declaren al tenor de las preguntas que se mencionan en la escritura.
