Don Pedro José Sáenz Navarrete, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que por cuanto don Anastasio Cruz, de esta vecindad, se halla arrestado guardando carcelaria en la casa de su morada, cuyo arresto le intimó el señor Subdelegado de esta Villa en virtud de orden del excelentísimo Señor Virrey en la causa del matrimonio de José Rigoni, y con posibilidad de poner fianza de juzgado y sentenciado, otorga sale por fiador del enunciado Anastasio Cruz en caucionar su persona de tal manera que éste cumplirá y guardará carcelaria dentro de esta Villa sin hacer ausencia de ella y estará pronto a los llamados hasta la determinación de su causa.\t
