José Espinosa de los Monteros, vecino de la provincia de Tlaxcala, como principal obligado, y el Bachiller Lorenzo Matamoros, presbítero, vecino de dicha jurisdicción, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 197 pesos y 6 granos de oro común, por otros tantos que montaron las semillas del diezmo del año pasado de 1678, de la hacienda Nuestra Señora del Carmen, propiedad del principal, de la hacienda del Capitán Antonio Díaz de Córdoba y de la Hacienda del dicho fiador, para fin del mes de diciembre del presente año de 1679.
