Doña Margarita Camarillo, viuda, de esta vecindad, otorga que vende realmente a doña María de la Luz Ramírez Parra, una casa situada en esta ciudad, en la calle de Cantarranas, con 5 varas de frente y 15 de fondo, y linda por el oriente con casa de Vicente Gómez y por el poniente con la de Isidro Alba, la cual fabricó en terreno que por fallecimiento de su padre don Manuel Camarillo, le correspondió en herencia. La cual se halla libre de todo gravamen, cuya venta la hace en cantidad de 90 pesos, los que declara haber recibo en reales de contado.
