Don Luis Fernández de la Flor y Pareja, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, dijo que en virtud del poder para testar que le otorgó el Alférez Antonio de Parga, Juez Comisario de Composiciones de Tierra de la provincia de Jalapa, en virtud de haber encontrado entre sus papeles diferentes recibos de pesos, que remitió al poder de Andrés Vázquez Varela, vecino de México, entre otras cantidades que constan, otorga poder para cobranzas a José Robledano de Cardeña, mercader de esta vecindad, para que en su nombre reciba y cobre del mencionado Andrés Vázquez los bienes que le tocan al difunto Antonio de Parga, haciendo cartas de pago y finiquitos.
