El ciudadano Simón Silva, de esta vecindad, otorga que vende al ciudadano Vicente Castro, también de esta vecindad, una casa sin acabar y el sitio, ubicado en la calle segunda del Calvario, el cual tiene once varas de frente al poniente y 31 de fondo al oriente, donde termina en 7 y media varas de latitud; y linda por el norte con casa de las señoras Cabañas; por el sur con casa alta de don Ignacio Sánchez; por el oriente con patio o solar de las mismas Cabañas; y por el poniente, que es el frente, con la expresada calle del Calvario. Cuya casa la compró de don Ildefonso del Castillo el 17 de marzo de 1837. La vende en precio de 200 pesos.
