Don Miguel de Arieta, de esta vecindad y comercio, como albacea de la difunta doña Paula Barradas Meléndez, vecina que fue de esta Villa, ha recibido de don Antonio Guillén, 500 pesos de moneda corriente que se hallaban impuestos y cargados sobre la casa ubicada en el Callejón de Quiñones y del Diamante, la cual dicho Guillén compró con el mencionado gravamen a don Juan Pérez Pensado por escritura del 3 de diciembre de 1799, cuyo principal y réditos pertenecen a la enunciada difunta, por lo que otorga recibo y cancelación.\t
