Doña María Luisa de Castro, mujer de don Antonio Mancilla, otorga que ha recibido de don Rafael Velad, Mayordomo de la Cofradía del Santísimo Sacramento, 1 000 pesos de dicha cofradía, cuya suma mantendrá en su poder por vía de depósito irregular por el término de 5 años, y para la seguridad del pago hipoteca una casa ubicada en la primera cuadra de la Calle Real, por la que hace su frente y del otro lado casa de Juan Francisco Abaroa, al fondo linda con callejón de las Flores, al oriente con casa de don Miguel de Echeverría, al poniente con casa de don José María de Goiri.
