El presbítero don Félix Ruiz Ortiz de Zárate, Cura del Pueblo de Xicochimalco de esta Jurisdicción, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don José Ruiz Díaz, vecino de la Puebla de los Ángeles, para que a nombre de él, comparezca ante el Ilustrísimo Señor Obispo de esta Diócesis, en el Juzgado del Señor Provisor y Vicario General, a pedir y promover la concepción de las gracias, mercedes, ascensos, capellanías, o beneficios que le convengan, y haga por medio de este poder cualquier otra solicitud que a su derecho importen.
