Don José Antonio de Acosta, Teniente General de esta jurisdicción de Jalapa, informa que vendió a la difunta Micaela Rodríguez, viuda de Juan Mendoza, un pedazo de solar de 35 varas de frente, que linda al poniente con calle que sale hacia Naolinco y casas de don Domingo Díaz Mier, al sur con casa que fue de Juan de los Santos, al poniente con la barranca de Xallitic y al norte con un estribo de dicha barranca; dicha propiedad la vendió en 5 reales por cada vara del frente, pero sin entregarle escritura a la citada difunta, la cual entrega a José Núñez, encargado de enterrar a dicha Micaela.
