Don Tomás [Antonio] Franco, vecino de Jalapa, oriundo de los reinos de Castilla, dijo que contrajo matrimonio con la doncella Juana Juliana Rodazo, hija de don Juan Bautista Rodazo y doña María Morcho, quienes le prometieron, entregarían distintos bienes y reales por vía de dote como ayuda de las cargas matrimoniales, los cuales le fueron entregados por doña Juana López de Oria, abuela de su esposa y don Juan Bautista Guido, valuados a su satisfacción y enlistados en esta escritura, mismos que importaron 3, 041 pesos 5 reales y 3/8, de lo cual entregó recibo a favor de dicha Juana Juliana Rodazo, obligándose a tenerlos en su poder y devolverlos cuando haya motivos suficientes para ello.
