Don José María Becerra, de este comercio y vecindad, Mayordomo, Hermano Mayor de la Cofradía del Señor de la Santa Veracruz, otorga que ha recibido de don Juan Bautista Izaguirre, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, por conducto de don Lino Carasa Jiménez, la cantidad de 100 pesos y premios vencidos; cuyo principal es el mismo que de los fondos de la cofradía entregó su mayordomo a don Diego Viveros, con fianza de la casa, que posteriormente pasó a dominio de Izaguirre; por lo cual da por cancelada dicha obligación e hipoteca.
