Juan Sánchez, de esta vecindad, otorga que vende realmente al ciudadano Juan Benítez, una casita ubicada en esta propia villa a la calle que llaman del Molino o Cantarranas, en sitio que también es de su propiedad, con 11 varas de frente hacia el sur con sitio y solar de las Terrazas dicha calle en medio, lindando por el oriente con solar que fue del difunto Pascual de Ledezma; por el norte con solar de Francisco Santa María y por el poniente con casita y solar que fue de María Carolina y hoy es de Francisca Barradas. La vende en precio de 153 pesos.
