María Josefa González, viuda de Manuel Francisco García, María Pascuala y Lorenzo Antonio García, mayores de 25 años, hijos legítimos de la primera y su citado marido Manuel Francisco García, todos vecinos de esta Villa, venden a Francisco Rueda, de esta vecindad, un solar de 40 varas de frente y 80 de fondo, el cual hace frente al poniente con calle que de esta Villa sale para Sosocola y Chiltoyac, por el fondo al oriente linda con callejón que va para la laguna, por el norte con 10 varas que se le agrandaron a dicho solar, y por el sur con solar de los indios de esta Villa. Lo venden en 200 pesos.\t
