El Presbítero José María Rubín de Celis, Domiciliario del Obispado de la Puebla de los Ángeles, vecino de la Doctrina de Coatepec, hijo legítimo de don Juan Ignacio Rubín de Celis y de doña María Josefa Arrieta, difunto el primero; otorga poder para testar al Presbítero Juan Nepomuceno Fernández de Ulloa, para que después de sus días y con arreglo a los comunicados que le tiene hechos, haga y ordene sus testamento, conforme a los bienes que tiene, a saber: una casa en el pueblo de Coatepec, una parte que le corresponde de la hacienda de fabricar azúcar nombrada Tuzamapan, a resultas de la compañía que ha tenido con don Joaquín de Gorozpe. Asimismo lo nombra su albacea y nombra como heredera a su madre.
