A las mandas ordena se le den 2 pesos a cada una de ellas; tuvieron 4 hijos legítimos y ella aparte dejó otros 3 hijos, la dicha su mujer murió reconociendo como hija legítima a Ana María Góngora. Tiene entre sus bienes una casita ubicada en el Camino Real para Veracruz, empeñada en don Juan de Bárcena; tiene otra casita en la Plazuela de San José. Nombra como albacea a don Mariano Cadena y como herederos a sus hijos y tres nietos.
