Don José Robledano de Cardeña, don José Pérez de Arellano y Juan José Rincón, vecinos del pueblo de Jalapa, dijeron que se les ha hecho notorio que están propuestos para la Compañía de Caballos Corazas que se ha de erigir en esta jurisdicción, cuyos títulos y patentes se han de despachar por el virrey en el superior gobierno, en tal virtud otorgan poder a don Lorenzo de Richarte, residente en la Ciudad de México, para que en sus nombres y representando sus personas, parezca ante el Rey, en sus tribunales superiores e inferiores a solicitar los títulos, patentes, haciendo los autos y diligencias necesarias.
