Don Miguel Rodríguez Rojo, de esta vecindad, albacea de su difunto padre don Andrés Rodríguez Rojo, otorga poder general a don Blas Pérez, también de esta vecindad, para que a nombre de él demande, perciba y cobre de cualquier persona y de quien más halla lugar las cantidades de dinero que le adeuden, así para que continúe la descripción extrajudicial de los bienes de dicha testamentaria y siga los autos como corresponda, durante las forzosas audiencias que tiene que hacer en esta Villa. Por último, se lo confieren para que lo defienda, como a la testamentaria de su cargo, en todos sus pleitos, causas y negocios civiles o criminales, eclesiásticos o seculares.
