Alonso de Neira Claver, vecino de Jalapa, en nombre de Luisa Ordóñez, vecina de Jalapa, viuda de Manuel Rodríguez de Maya, y como administrador de sus bienes, se obligó a pagar a José de Córdoba, vecino de la ciudad de la Puebla de Los Angeles, 400 pesos de oro común en reales que por cláusula de su testamento le mandó Gonzalo de Córdoba, hijo de la susodicha, en esta forma: la tercera parte dentro de 10 meses, y las dos tercias restantes, para de allí en un año 8 meses, cada 10 meses la mitad, con las costas de la cobranza.
