Don Juan de Bárcena, Alférez de Infantería en el Regimiento de Milicias de Córdoba y Jalapa, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder a don Francisco Javier Llanos de Vergara, vecino de México, para que reciba y cobre judicialmente de cualquier personas o comunidades las cantidades de pesos, plata, oro, joyas, esclavos que le adeuden a través de escrituras, vales, libranzas u otros papeles y de lo que perciba entregue cartas de pago, finiquito, cancelación y lastos; además que se ocupe de todos sus pleitos que tenga o tuviese, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes.
