Don Domingo Manuel Cortés, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que debe al Doctor Rafael María de Gorospe, Canónigo de la Catedral de Puebla, como albacea del Licenciado Diego José de Gorospe Irala y Padilla, la cantidad de 3, 244 pesos 5 y 7/8 de reales, por concepto de géneros y efectos de una tienda que le traspasó en este pueblo, con 699 curtidos de suela que tiene recibidos, misma que se obliga a pagar en un año, a partir de esta fecha, señalando como fiadores a su padre don Blas Cortés y a don Tomás Franco, quienes se comprometen a pagar la citada cantidad.
