Don José de Velasco y doña Josefa Hernández, con poder para testar otorgado a su favor por don Antonio Tello Osorio, proceden a hacer la descripción del mismo, en el cual además del poder mencionado, los nombró sus albaceas testamentarios y como herederos universales designo a Juan, María Josefa y José Félix, hijos legítimos del difunto. Declaró que los bienes, deudas activas y pasivas, acciones y derechos que le pertenecen lo saben sus albaceas y deja en su libro de caja.
