Don Tomás Antonio de Illanes, Administrador de la Real Aduana de esta Villa, natural de la Ciudad de Betanzos, reino de Galicia Obispado de Santiago, hijo de don Victorio de Illanes y de doña Tomasa de Iglesias, otorga su testamento. Ordena que sea sepultado sin pompa alguna. Hace más o menos 33 años que llegó a esta Villa desde cuya fecha está empleado en dicha Real Renta, contrajo matrimonio con doña Rosalía Sanchinel, quien no llevó dote, y con quien procreó 11 hijos. Señala que su esposa heredó de sus padres una casa alta y baja situada en la Calle Real. Nombra por albaceas a su esposa Rosalía Sanchinel, a su hijo político don Francisco Javier Sáenz de Santa María y a don Antonio Velasco Quiroz.
