Don Francisco Badillo, de esta vecindad, dijo que como albacea de su difunto tío don Mateo Badillo, vecino que fue de esta villa, otorga que da su poder a sus hermanos don Manuel y don Pedro Ramón Badillo, residentes en México, para que judicialmente y extrajudicialmente cobren de don Julián de Obregón como albacea de su finado padre don Ignacio, lo que éste adeuda a la testamentaría del referido don Mateo Badillo, en el concepto que no pudieron convenir amistosamente.
