Don Gregorio Ochoa de Amezaga, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, con poder especial de Francisca Galvino de Lexada, originaria y vecina de esta villa, haciendo uso del mismo, vende a Juliana Meza Camarillo, un pedazo de solar que mide10 varas de frente y 40 de fondo, linda al norte con la calle que va para los Tecajetes y solar de Chepita Jaimes, al oriente con solar de Andrea Antonia Fernández, parda libre; al sur con solar que fue de don José Díaz de Acosta y ahora lo es de don José Morales y al poniente con solar que fue de Manuela de Jesús y ahora es de Pedro de la Rosa Bermúdez. La hace en 40 pesos.
