Doña Josefa de Arellano y de Irala, como administradora de este ingenio y de las demás haciendas de su esposo Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, se obligó a pagar a Alonso Jiménez Merino, vecino de la ciudad de México, 350 pesos de oro común, que para ciertos avíos del ingenio La Santísima Trinidad le prestó en reales de contado los 200 pesos para el día de Pascua de Navidad del presente año, y los 150 restantes, para fin de febrero de 1657.
