Don Antonio Valentín de Guevara, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don Manuel Eugenio de Acosta, de esta misma vecindad, una casa de paredes y teja con dos solares contiguos que tiene a la linde de la Calle Real que sale para Tenampa y camino de Jalapa con el que hace frente y solar de Julián de Guevara del otro lado de dicha calle, mirando al poniente, el primero que es el de más abajo cercado de piedra vana, donde esta la casa que hace esquina con la citada calle y la que hacia el sur sube para el Cabildo y el solar de otro lado de la Cofradía del Divinísimo. La venta la hace en 304 pesos.
