Francisco Vanegas, vecino de Jalapa, hijo y heredero del difunto José Vanegas, otorga que adjudica en su sobrina María Vanegas, viuda de Vicente José García, la casita y solar que su padre compró de los bienes de Alonso González, por escritura que le entregó Mariana Josefa Viveros, como albacea de él, el 12 de enero de 1757, de dicha propiedad existía deuda con José de la Presa y Miranda, mismas que María pagó junto con los gastos funerarios de su hermana y 50 pesos que le entregó a él; razón por la cual hace esta adjudicación con sus derechos, acciones y demás que le pertenecen.
