Doña Ana Gertrudis Lombardini, y Tirso Rivera, viudo, albaceas de la difunta Gertrudis Borja, venden a María de Jesús Altamirano, de esta vecindad, una casa de paredes de edificio bajo, cubierta de madera y teja, situada en esta Villa, en la primera cuadra de la Calle de San Francisco de Paula que quedó por bienes de dicha Gertrudis, y se compone de 17 varas de frente, que lo hace al norte dicha calle en medio, y del otro lado casa de don Ángel González, y 40 de fondo al sur, por el costado del poniente linda con solar y casa que fue del difunto Pedro [del] Moral, y por el costado del oriente con casa del finado don Mariano Seoane. Dicha propiedad heredó por disposición testamentaria, y vende al precio de 500 pesos.\t
