Doña Gertrudis Díaz Mier, de esta vecindad, mujer y conjunta persona de don Jorge de Ojeda, Cirujano del primer Batallón del Regimiento Provincial de Infantería de Toluca, otorga que ha recibido de José Fernández de Castañeda, de este comercio y vecindad, la cantidad de 300 pesos en diferentes partidas, con sus respectivos réditos devengados, en cuya virtud y de haberle reintegrado este haber, da por nula, rota y cancelada la mencionada escritura, y libramiento a la hipoteca mencionada en el acta.
