Don Francisco Bustillos, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga que vende a don José Pérez de Llera y a don Juan Francisco Cardeña, Escribano Público, tres cuartas partes del agua que hay en una casa que le pertenece a Bustillo, ubicada en la Calle que llaman de Utrera, por donde hace su frente y del otro lado casa de Anastasio Cruz, al norte linda con casa y solar del difunto Manuel Bustillos, al sur con casa de los herederos de Catarina Josefa Martínez, cuya agua compone el círculo de un medio real, de la que ha de quedar en dicha casa la cuarta parte. La venta la hace en 450 pesos que los compradores le han satisfecho por iguales parte.
