El Capitán Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, dueño de este ingenio, se obligó a pagar al Padre Lector Fray Juan de Córdoba y al Padre Procurador Fray Alonso de Cordóba, religiosos del Señor Santo Domingo de la ciudad de Los Angeles, como albaceas tenedores de los bienes de Juan de Córdoba, vecino de la dicha ciudad, y como albacea heredero de su hermano Alonso de Guiterrez de Ceballos, 840 pesos de oro común; los 800 que por cláusula del testamento de Alonso Gutierrez de Ceballos confesó deberle al dicho Juan de Córdoba, y los 40 pesos de réditos de un año, a razón del cinco por ciento, para de hoy día de la fecha en un año cumplido.
