Don Juan [Antonio] de la Farja, de esta vecindad y comercio, vende a don Juan José del Castillo, vecino de esta jurisdicción, una casita de cal y canto, cubierta de madera y teja, la que dejó al otorgante la difunta Juana Gabriela Sánchez por los gastos que le originó su enfermedad, funeral y entierro. Dicha casita se encuentra ubicada en el Barrio de los Salinas, calle que de la fuente de Techacapa sube para dicho barrio, la que hace frente hacia el oriente; por el sur linda con solar de Francisco Salinas; al poniente con solar de Prudencio de la Cruz; y por el norte con casa de Juana Manuela. La vende en 300 pesos.\t
