Andrés Pérez de la Higuera y su hermano Francisco Hernández de la Higuera, residentes en sus ingenios, en esta jurisdicción, juntos de mancomún y cada uno de por sí in solidum, dieron su poder cumplido al Capitán Manuel González y al Lic. Alonso Díaz de Herrera, vecinos de Los Ángeles, para que en sus nombres y a su dita y crédito, compren la cantidad de oro o plata labrada o por labrar que les pareciere convenir; y una vez vendido de contado, queden horros de todas costas y daños, 3, 125 de oro común, con los cuales se ha de hacer pago el Capitán Manuel González, de los pesos de oro que Don Andrés Pérez de la Higuera le debe.
