En cumplimiento de lo mandado por auto de este día en escrito presentado José Bazán de Otero y su hermano el Licenciado Miguel Bazán de Otero, quien se haya puesto en una requisitoria librada por Ambrosio Melgarejo Santaella, Alcalde de Corte y Juez de Provincia en la Ciudad de México, y estando presentes don Bernardo de la Fuente, y don José, exhibió 650 pesos en dinero corriente a dicho Bernardo, quien se obliga a tener en depósito y no acudir con persona alguna hasta que dicho Juez se lo mande, señalando que lo entregará en dinero corriente a ley de depositario.
