Don Francisco del Día, hijo legítimo de don Pedro del Día, vivo, y de la difunta doña María Magdalena Sánchez, natural de la Ciudad de Sevilla y vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, casado en primeras nupcias con doña Inés Morales, en segundas con Catarina María de Campo y en terceras nupcias con Paula Barradas Meléndez, otorga poder para testar y nombramiento de albaceas a su legítima esposa Paula, vecina de este pueblo, en compañía de su hija legítima María Teresa y de Francisco Ramírez, Oficial de Sastre, y como herederos a Juan y la citada Teresa María, hijos legítimos de su primer matrimonio, ya que de los otros matrimonios no menciona haber tenido hijos.
