El Capitán Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, vecino de esta provincia, y Juan Pardo de Moscoso, vecino de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la Puebla de los Ángeles, y al Bachiller Florián de Reynoso, clérigo, presbítero, mayordomo de la masa general de ella, y a quien por la dicha Santa Iglesia fuere parte, 1 000 pesos de oro común que montaron los diezmos de maíz y menudencias de la cordillera de esta provincia de Jalapa, correspondientes al año de 1641, para el día de la Pascua de la Navidad del presente año, con las costas de la cobranza.
