Don Juan Esteban de Elías, de este comercio y vecindad, dijo que por fallecimiento del Administrador de Rentas, don Tomás Antonio Illanes, se le ha conferido a don Antonio Velasco Quiroz, el encargo de recaudar el derecho municipal por harina flor y carga de la común que se consume, con la condición de que cada 4 meses enterará al Mayordomo de lo recaudado y ha de otorgar un fiador, por lo que el compareciente se constituye en fiador por 2 000 pesos que responde al manejo del mencionado ramo.
