Don José María Rodríguez Roa, de esta vecindad y comercio, dijo que el Superior Tribunal de Justicia del departamento dio el nombramiento de procurador de número a don Manuel Valentín Martínez Espinosa de los Monteros, de esta vecindad, quien, para cumplir con el reglamento interior de los tribunales superiores, ofreció al comparente como su fiador. Por lo antes mencionado, José María, otorga que se constituye fiador del citado Manuel Valentín, en caución de los provechos, adjudicaciones y demás documentos que entren en su poder, y recaiga para el libre uso de su ejercicio.
