Diego de Estrada, dueño de recua, vecino de la ciudad de México, dijo que por cuanto Doña María de Castro, viuda, mujer que fue de Antonio Luis, difunto, vecina de esta jurisdicción, tiene intento de proseguir en el arrendamiento de la Venta de Plan del Río, y se ha de obligar por nueva escritura, en favor del Capitán Don Francisco de la Higuera Matamoros, le pidió al otorgante saliera como su fiador, atento a lo cual, Diego de Estrada dio su poder cumplido a la susodicha para que lo obligue como su fiador en el mencionado arrendamiento.
