José Jácome, vecino de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, vende a Bartolomé Tirado, de la misma vecindad, un solar que sita en la calle que va para la Ermita de Santiago, mide 73 varas de largo y 36 de ancho, el cual le vendió el gobernador, común y naturales de este pueblo, como aparece en escritura de 12 de agosto de 1708. La venta se hace en 40 pesos de oro común que le ha pagado, cuyo solar esta libre de censo, empeño e hipoteca.
