Juan Zapata de Herrera, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a José García, de la misma vecindad, una casa de madera cubierta de teja que esta en solar propio, mide 50 varas por cada viento; linda por una parte con solar de Cristóbal Martín y Lucas de Rivera, por otro con solar de Andrés de Bustillos, con tierras de los ejidos de este pueblo y con solar de Miguel de Mafara, el cual lo hubo de los herederos y acreedores de Eugenio de Pro, cuya casa y solar se encuentran libres de empeño, hipoteca y enajenación; la venta se hace en 140 pesos de oro común que le ha pagado.
