Don Enrique Primo de Rivera, vecino de la Antigua Veracruz, y don Antonio Apolbón, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijeron que hallándose en animo don Antonio Primo de Rivera, vecino de dicha Veracruz, de pasar a la capital de México y ajustar o concertar algunas tierras de ganado mayor o menor para tomarlas en arrendamiento por el tiempo que se las quisieran dar, otorgan poder a dicho don Antonio Primo de Rivera para que obligue a los otorgantes como principales o como fiadores por la cantidad en que anualmente y por el tiempo que ajustare y arrendare las dichas tierras, como también del quebranto, atraso y menoscabos
