Don Pedro del Puerto Vicario, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, residente en esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Domingo de Madariaga, también de aquel comercio y vecindad, para que en su nombre otorgue en dicha ciudad una escritura de obligación y fianza en la que lo constituya fiador y principal pagador por el valor del cargamento que condujo de Málaga el bergantín San Francisco de Paula, su capitán don Martín de Revilla a la consignación de don Tomás Martínez, la cual haga se extienda en todas las cláusulas, cuyo poder lo confiere sin limitación alguna.
