Don Juan de Bárcena, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, como Síndico del Convento de Religiosos de San Francisco, otorga poder a don Francisco Javier Llanos de Vergara, vecino de México, para que a nombre de dicho convento, demande y cobre de los bienes, albaceas, herederos, depositarios de los bienes del difunto don Gaspar de Olavarrieta, la cantidad de 2, 900 pesos, que dichos bienes reconocen a favor del convento, por lo cual parezca ante Juzgado General de Bienes de Difuntos o en los que con derecho deba, haga pedimentos, solturas, embargos de bienes, y lo que sea necesario.
