Doña Sebastiana Antonia de Guraya y Lezama, viuda, mujer que fue del Tesorero Don Francisco de Amilibia, de la Real Contaduría de la Nueva Veracruz, dio su poder cumplido al Capitán y Sargento Mayor Don Francisco Antonio de Medina Picaso, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, gobernador actual de la ciudad de Tlaxcala, Tesorero propio de la Casa de Moneda en la ciudad de México, para que en su nombre pida y demande la cantidad de pesos de oro que Su Majestad quedó debiendo a su marido, del salario que como tal tesorero debía gozar, cuyos pesos dejaron embargados en las reales cajas de la ciudad de Nueva Veracruz, los oficiales reales de ella.
