El Padre Fray Domingo de Tovar y Castilla, religioso sacerdote del señor San Agustín en esta Nueva España, en nombre de don Teobaldo de Luna Gorráez Beaumont y Navarra, Mariscal de Castilla, vecino de la Ciudad de México, en virtud del poder general que éste le confirió para la administración de sus haciendas, otorga que lo entrega en administración al Capitán Gonzalo Márquez de Acevedo, vecino de Jalapa, con inventario, pertenencias y para su sustento le entrega 500 pesos de oro común más 100 pesos para lo que se ofrezca, con lo cual dicho Mariscal se obliga con todos sus bienes y con la sumisión de las Reales Justicias a pagar 600 pesos por cada año.
