Un ciudadano que expresó llamarse Anselmo Bravo, vecino de Veracruz y residente en esta ciudad, del cual le dan conocimiento los ciudadanos José María Palacios y Ángel Benítez; otorga que da poder al Licenciado don Antonio Viamonte, de esta vecindad, para que, en su representación haya, perciba, demande y cobre todo lo que le deban o debieren y de lo que percibiere y cobrare otorgue recibos, finiquitos, cartas de pago, y demás documentos que le fueren pedidos. Así mismo, lo confiere para que, si con objeto a esos cobros fuere preciso entablar juicio, pueda comparecer en todos los tribunales superiores o inferiores que importe.
