Doña María Francisca Ulloa, de esta vecindad, de estado viuda, mayor de 25 años, otorga poder especial a don Bernardo Tadeo de la Guerra, residente en la Nueva Veracruz, para que en su nombre se presente en aquel magistrado de intendencia, y con el testimonio de la renuncia de su Oficio Público y de Cabildo de esta Villa, que a su favor otorgó en primer lugar la difunta su tía doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña, practique cuantas diligencias pertenezcan para que en el superior gobierno se le reconozcan y tenga por tal dueña del citado oficio público, y se le despache título en forma de él para poderlo poseer y servirlo por medio de teniente hábil para su despacho.\t
